40 Hour Introduction to Nondestructive Testing

This 40-hour course is designed to introduce students to the six major Non-Destructive Testing disciplines: Radiographic Testing (RT), Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Eddy Current Testing (ET), Visual Testing (VT), Penetrant Testing (PT), and Magnetic Particle Testing (MT). It discusses the benefits and limitations of each method as well as an overview of the various discontinuities that may be encountered.
